[Resolved] Kaff Appliances India — Hob malfunction | |||||
We purchased kaff hob and got it installed in february 2016 from ramco distributors, gachibowli. Within 2 months knob got stuck. They took almost 2 months to replace the knob. From last 3 months auto ignition is not working.. Service person told that microswitches need to be replaced. Since then no response. There is problem with the burners too. Hobb burners not working properly from past 30 days . Complaint no. KF -40165 made on 10-11-16 till now no one visited, if any mishap happen kaff will be responsible for this .
