After sales service is poorest possible. Its a lesson to avoid kaff appliances. I was happy with my previous brand.
I had purchased a chimney for my house 1 year back & i have been told for after sales services are better then other brands. But kaff turned me wrong completely. After the installation, i have to chase either at the customer care number or the sales representative who dealt with me for the product. According to the first conversation with this sales representative mr. Basistha, on 11th june 2018 he asked me to call on the customer care number to register the service request & i followed the same instruction of his. I spoke to a lady which sound another miserable but i refused her behavior as i was more concern about my product should get service. She said she had raised the request and somebody will call me to fix a date. Now today is 30th june 2018, that someone never turned out. I called up again to the customer care to follow up my request & again some unhappy sound of lady disconnected my conversation that neither my request is registered or neither my number. Now this is something really ridiculous that if company like kaff having the facility to track the customer's request via the request number then where is the request number? Why these customer care cell people afraid to provide request number at the time of the first call. After the call i called basistha again for this feedback and surprisingly now he has the authority to send the engineer. Now my question why these players be specific at the time of information sharing. If there employees or whomsoever it is has the authority to allocate engineers on customer request then why not during my first call?
Anyways conclusion, avoid this brand kaff which has poor & pathetic after sales service. Was this information helpful? |
