Really disappointed with KAFF’s inbuilt HOB and the after sales service.
The big burner of the inbuilt HOB has not been working properly since first week. The flame would cut off while cooking and this is causing gas leak which is hazardous for mu family.
Another issue is the knobs gets super hot while cooking and this has burnt the hands of mu family members when they are trying to turn off the stove.
After making several complaints the technicians are unable to fix the issue and they are just making lame excuses about the repairs and product. The technicians are bluntly saying that heating up of the knobs is common with KAFF inbuilt HOBs and this is known issue without any fix.
We have asked them to replace the faulty unit but they have been just dodging our request and now they are saying that they won’t replace it after one month o[censored]se although we brought to their attention about this issue in the first week o[censored]sing the appliance.
The technicians are clearly mentioning off the record that KAFF appliances are not built to last in Indian market and these inbuilt HOBs are not built for heavy cooking.
We have been trying to escalate this as much as possible but KAFF after sales service is as useless as their appliance. I am really disappointed to have purchased KAFF appliance for my new home as they are just not worth the price and the after sales service is pathetic.
I demand that KAFF immediately replaces this faulty inbuilt HOB with a new one as my family’s life is at risk with this faulty unit.
