Hello team, As per my 1st experience as customer, i had to chase with these people continuously for installation from one week after which its so poor service that the mechanic person just left the pipe outlet as it is... Even though after telling him its not proper. 1) the mechanic is too rude and very hurry to move out of the work assigned. 2) they are not at all supportive to provide idea... If you have adjusted your module kitchen set. 3) the person (Arbaaz ali) - mechanic, manager (Shridhar nalavade) and the dealer (Pravin prabhakar) are very rude in terms of dealing with situation from malad mumbai branch. 4) they act like as if they have done some favor on us. 5) the clips are not attached so has to keep the wind pipe at one place. 6) the main pipe is not left at out side so the warn should pass outside. I request you to kindly send your representative to my residence at E/36-9, Rajouri Garden, First Floor, Delhi-110027 as all the equipments are properly installed and taken care of properly as we have shifted it from ground floor to first floor
