I made a purchase of kaff chimney albury 90 and kaff built in hob hbr783b. And called kaff to send technician for installation on 22-Apr-2021. Technician came and installed both the product and left. We started using the built in hob and in the first 20 mins o[censored]se we noticed that there was smoke coming and wire burnt smell coming from the gas knob. So i stopped using the built in hob and called the technician and informed the same for which he said to raise complaint with kaff so that he will come next day to check it. But he was on leave the next day which was friday and come on the next monday only. Technician came on 27-Apr-2021 and informed there is a fault in the knob we have to replace the valve. Then i asked him if it is used for month its ok to be serviced or replace the spare but its the new product which has fault why are you not able replace it. They are saying its not their company policy to replace the product, they will only service it which is not acceptable since it is just 20 mins o[censored]se on the first day. Now they replaced the valve but the knob and the glass is getting hot when we are using it.
So please be caution when buying kaff product. If product is without any fault no problem buy if it is having fault even on the first day they will just service it not replace it.
