Hi, i a dev thakur,
I want to ask m/s "kalco alu systems pvt ltd" upsidc musori ghaziabad, that company conducted interview recently for the post of accountant. interview was taken by one of the concern account head & hr two time on separate days.
They taken my 2 full days in waiting & interview & when i want to got result hr said that there is no any shortlisting of any candidate.
Now, i want to know that if there was no plan for shortlisting candidate, then why they conduct interview. or if i was not able for that job, why they didn't declare at first interview.
At second time interview they said me that director is not available & we will call you soon. but after two day they aid that there is no any shortlisting of any candidate.
Who will compensate me for two leave.
