Kaleswari Travels — mis-behavior by staff, follows no rules

I have booked a ticket fom bangalore to hyderabad which had starting time at bangalore tin factory at 9:30pm which was met and the drop time in hyderabad was 6:30. However they stopped the bus many times on the way due to many reasons as of to board passengers as the bus was not completely filled. At 4:00am in the morning we were just close to half of the distance and they stopped the bus again, as we were fed up of this we asked them the time by what we will reach hyderabad and they started giving us timings crossing 8:30am, as we started explaining that the timing in ticket while booking is different the driver and other person started talking in a rude manner which was really unpleasant and i really got into the mood that i should call police but due to that we will be even more late to the destination which will impact even the others. I request someone to please take action on this as i am unable to find a right way to take this forward. Thanks for the help in advance
