By afternoon around 4 o clock our staff go there with official stamp to collect the same... But the lady in the office said they didn't receive any courier and asked for the lr no which we didn't have... We inform her that we receive call from u that's why we came... Again he said they didn't receive any parcel in that name... It was a busy street and cannot park our car for so long... But the lady keep behaving in bad manner... As a first time customer with kallada parcel service, this bad experience hurt us. Hence decided not to collect the same. Roger alfred Was this information helpful? | |||
