I secretary of sudama Plaza apt, manpada road, dombivli-e hereby lodge a complaint against Water Departments irresponsible working style. We are facing major water problem from 5th april because our authorised water connection no F[protected] got disconnected due to rackless JCB work done by contractor.We met Mr Walunj (incharge of water Dept) at his dombivli office but he Was not willing to help in any manner, he just blamed road contractor for disconnection and directed us to him, We met road contractor who blamed walunj for the disconnection.
