[Resolved] Kalyan Jewellers — regarding misbehavior of the staff | |||
Few days back l went to the shop to buy a chain. Somehow l didn't like the designs. So l asked the salesman to show me few more designs but he refused to show. So l got up and told him that l will decide wat to buy and will come back some other day, but as lwas about to leave the salesman started passing comments on us. L am a regular customer of kalyan jewelry and l have never expected this kind of behavior from them. From that day onwards l have decided not to visit kalyan jewelry through out my life. Kindly take some action. And also the staffs must be taught how to behave with the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
