Kalyani Bajaj — purchased new vehicle - has problems which they cannot fix

Purchased a new bajaj pulsar 220F vehicle from kalyani bajaj on 7th january. received a vehicle which had problems - it is getting off abruptly and going on neutral suddenly.

from day two it has problems which they are unable to solve. they don't know what to do with their vehicle.

it has been 60days today, and almost 10times i have left the vehicle for repair and about 40days out of the 60days the vehicle has been in their service station and nothing has been done.

pls. what do i do next, where do i go. need a new bike or refund coz the problem is from the next day itself. (took the vehicle on 7th eve around 6.30, so couldn't drive around, 2days was bandh). should have purchased a old 2wheeler.
