[Resolved] Kamakart.com — Denying to deliver the order/ refund.

I have placed a order on 16th of Nov. Total amount 3000. Transaction was successful. After 2 days the merchant said that the account was not settled because of some problem with yapay, so can not deliver the product. After enquiring both kamakart and yapay are blaming each other. Please do something so I can get my money back.
