As per the mail I sent to Kamal solar, they agreed to replace the my solar unit and one year warranty extension .

as there no reply to my mail on note sent to them show they are happy to provide the replacement solar unit now..

this mail will be used for legal movement is still they make any messup

Hello Chandrashekar/Nagamani,

there is limit that you people taking such long time to address my reported issue, every time I am repeating that I am losings my warranty and Solar unit condition day by day worst, you waiting for complete unit to get damage ?

Being a such a reputed Solar energy company in market, I never expected your team and Kamal solar does not act on customer reported issue,

Note:Legal advise I got, If any further delay it's consider that you are approved and going to replace my Kamal solar complete unit and extend the warranty period for 1 year as compensation on delay on service response.

as it's shame on Kamal Solar, making there customer to follow all the time even keeping sales, purchase, service department and now management also, but still you making you customer to wait for such long duration on his warranty...

Confirm when you sending your senior technician to replace the damage solar panel and solar tank.

now again don't make further delay for complete unit go in dead condition ...

Note: for your technician mistake you can't expect customer to pay for getting the issue fix by you, this is totally your "Kamal Solar" responsibility to make solar unit normal working condition, you can't put condition or demand customer if I want reported problem to be fixed by kamal solar I have to pay you for this.

now already stupidity done my your technician which has reduce the life spam of solar unit.

your every delay make my warranty period in loss day by day...

so kindly get this done @ my doorstep without any further delay..

this issue would not happen if your technician followed the proper procedure to cleaning the Solar unit at my home .for your technicien fault how you expecting customer to pay for getting fix the problem of my solar unit . but still as you said unit will be replaced, I have agreed still to pay for transportation charges.

Now I totally disagree on transportation charges if you just going to do below service, Kindly take required action and get this done by company cost or debit from the technician salary who created the issue.
