Hi, am from new delhi, and i was searching for a part time job to work from home to earn some extra money, this company got in touch with me and i had spoken to a person his name was kapil sharma am not sure if that was his real name or just faking the same his number is [protected], he called me and he said we dont charge anything to join, infact we will send an agreement form you would have to fill that form and send it across with your id card, and i did it. This person so called kapil sharma he clearly told me on call that out of 800 forms you have to fill 750 and submit them. I did that, and from saturday till friday i filled 750 forms and submitted, on friday i called this kapil sharma he did not pick up call, i called on saturday, sunday and monday, finally i called this so called customer care where on true caller it shows as scam organization, the number is [protected], and when i called this person he says no there has been a confusion its 800 you have to submit and out of the 800 if 720 is correct then you get paid. No as per they word of mouth i submitted 750 pages, now this customer care calls and threatens me with a rude attitude saying that since you have not completed the 800 pages you have to submit 15000/- in the company's account in 2 hours if not we will proceed with legal actions. Now sir no company will threaten a person and demand 15000/- to deposit in they bank account. These fake and fraud people who are just interested in free money, or getting they job done by others in the market and earning free money for they enjoyment. We people work hard sacrificing our sleep just to earn more money and this is how they cheat people. Sir i would recommend to please take strict actions against this company and seal this so called fake organisation so that they don't cheat people and earn free money with some one else hard work or time. This company is so cunning that on they website they haven't mentioned they address. On 16 March 2020, i got a call from Kamara tech offering me a form filling job in which i had to fill 800 forms in a week correctly and i would be paid 40 Rs per correct form if a minimum of my 720 forms were found to be correct out of 800 or else i was liable to pay a maintenance fee of Rs 5999/- to the company. It was a signed agreement between me and the company.
After a week upon form submission the QC Report was released in which it was mentioned that i had filled 699 forms correctly out of 800 making me liable to pay Rs 5999 as per our agreement. In this report details were there where i could see what all mistakes i had made.
Luckily i had taken all the screenshots of 800 forms filled and i could easily verify my mistakes. But to my utter dismay the company had intentionally made my forms incorrect by making mistakes themselves .There were 39 such forms which i had filled absolutely correctly but company had edited the content and shown it to be wrong.
I sent all the screenshots of my filled forms and their generated forms to the Technical representative. But i got no reply from him, moreover he has ceased answering my calls.
