Complaint marked as Resolved Yes, they called me up twice and said the below shared communication "Dear Sir/Ma'am,
We got your E-mail dated 09-JUN-2018 regarding CDMA services for your Tata Docomo mobile number 022-65390826.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and assure you that your problem will be addressed.
We would like to inform you that our CDMA services have been closed in your area after 27-APR-2018. We are upgrading our Network in your town and hence you are likely to face service disruption in CDMA, as you would know, we have tied up with Airtel and now have one of the Largest, Strongest Networks in your state, you are therefore advised to migrate your CMO/Photon/Walky to our GSM Network.
We would like to inform you that we are unable to process ypour request regarding migration or port out related. Your number is 7 and 8 digit walky number. Your 7 and 8 digit walky number has not facility to migrate or port out. Hence, we request you to kindly purchase new GSM connection.
