Kantipudi Travels — left the passenger between destination and boarding in early morning 4.15 am at highway

They stopped bus at near gannavaram highway for refreshment (Toilets), but without confirmed passengers count they left in the mid highway, and also not responded to any calls. They treated passenger like a money machine, they are not fulfilled customer requirements also.in that situation my baggage in bus including valuble items. How can they left a passenger they are providing services like this, how can they ensure customer safety it's a prior important criteria in all customer related activities. Who will responsible when any one theft my belongings and what pathetic experience i had during this journey they psychologically disturbed me for that why i write this compliant to consumer forum
