My name M.Sreekanth, residing at Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh my chit no: FSHTC02P-24 in Kapil chit funds, Srikalahasti Branch and I am a successful bidder in the bid conducted on 14th May 2016. I have produced all documents which required by the Branch Manager, Srikalahasti. He told that he will pay the money within one month. Now already 5 months over. Still he has not released the chit amount. Whenever I ask to Sri Munikumar, Branch Manager, Srikalahasti for releasing Chit amount, he is postponing day after day. If the amount is not paid to me within two days with interest at 24% per annum. I have no other option except to proceed to consumer forum for relief. Was this information helpful? | |||||
