I have been a member of kapils salon for 6 years now and never had any issues until the factory lane (Borivali west) branch got shifted to shimpoli in borivali west. Since then every other visit would have some misses but i chose to ignore considering they were rather petty issues. But the recent experience with this branch was totally unacceptable. Being a regular member, hair colour is one of the service i have selected often in these 6 years and never faced any issue. But this time the colour started fading in just 7 days. I am using shampoo suggested by their experts. Last saturday i visited them to complaint about this but was taken aback by their behavior. It was just about 15 days and by then all my greys were visible. When i put across the situation the owner said she can't help as itsoon been 15 days and it is the new growth.. I went wandering and explained that 15 days cannot grow from roots till below shoulder and just above midwaist... I asked her to check my hair history as i do not have a great hair growth also i have never made any complaints to any services from past 6 years.. But the owner was not accepting their miss and wanted me to pay for root touch up... I had just paid almost 7000 bucks to get this color and she wants me to pay another 3000 to 4000 for touch up.. It is really disappointing and regretful to have been a loyal customer to kapils for so long now. You guys have no value for your longtime members and definitely poor customer service i have ever witnessed.. I have recommended you guys especially the borivali branch to my relatives and friends.. I will spread my experience to all of them and ensure they do not visit or renew your membership henceforth.. You guys.. The shimpoli satra park team is definitely not worth the loyal customers.. I hope this reaches to the headquarters of kapils salon and academy and they can take relevant action on this owner. Dear kapils salon, i am definitely moving out of your membership and with bad mouth ofcourse. You have lost a brand loyal customer which might not impact you but if this continues then you will no longer be anyone's favourite salon... With lot of disappointment... Your ex customer..
