Hi my name is priyanka sidhu. I have done hair smoothening like a week ago and now my hair is little wavy when i tie my hair with rubber band after removing band that area of hair is wavy my hair is not at all shiny or smooth it is totally a waste of money i have paid 5200 and bought products worth 2500 from them apart from that my baby hairs are still wavy they say it cannot be done on baby hair. My lenth is getting turn around lilttle it doesnt seem to be straight i need my money back or my hair to look smooth shiny and mangable

Updated by Priyanka Sidhu I also want to add on my hair cut it is worst hair cut i ever got apart from this my fleaks were chopped thrice which made them look more short and worst the lady told the smoothening is permanent however after week my hair freezy somepart is again wavy i dont want any further treatment i need my money back

Updated by Priyanka Sidhu I went to kapil salon bhayander today to show them the status of my hair now they are saying it is because of rubber band u should not tie rubberband however it was not explained to me before treatment 3 days after smoothening i havnt dont anything to my hair apart from that some part of ny hair is wavy and she agreed to that now she has called me after 22 days foe a treatment again and dont want any treatment again i need my miney back thats it
