Kapil's is one most pathetic saloon i have visited. To start with firstly the desk staff lies to customer on services.

I coloured my hair at home and visited there Kandivali Saloon for hair wash and hair cut desk staff response was go home wash your hair and than come back.

This was really rude and unprofessional response. Than on asking the reason the lady said that reaction might occur. Than asking what reactions might happen, than comes different answer - Madam our protocol doesn't allow.

I am really disappointed by two different versions of responses received. This an unethical practice of telling different stories when customer asks for service; paid service to be precise. In such situations expectation is give a solution don't ask customer to go back home; please note customer will pay so talk with respect even in situations when you don't solution.

Its easy to build a ship but difficult to maintain; same is with Kapil's as brand building is done but customer service is zero.

I would not encourage anyone to visit Kapil's. And would request the owners to shut the firm as without customer service there is no sustainable business
