I had bought my karbonn aura power from flip cart online services in october 2016 (Order id: od[protected]. I have been experiencing improper network in the cell. I gave my phone to the service center on dated 12 dec 2016 (Job sheet no: kuascmp015j1108). After 23 days they commented that "pcba temperd find from l4. Network section a component missing".
I think this is a manufacturing fault which is not repaired by your registerd service center (Diwakar agency, no f6 & 7, 1st floor, jayanti complex, civik center, madhatal jabalpur mp-482002). So company should take the responsibility. And either replace my phone or repair it. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
