Karbonn Mobiles — Not repaired so far

Dear Sir/Madam,
With deep regret it is to state following fact ..
1. Purchased S-9 karbonn mobile handset and within 1 yr from date of purchase, it has became faulty.IMEI No.[protected].
2. Returned to Authorised service centre..Samarth Telecom, Nashik on 8/11/2014.Online docket was booked by Service centre on 25/11/2014
3. Not repaired in spite of several telephonic and e mail reminders.Whereas it was assured that Mobile will be repaired within 60 days from date of submission to service centre.
Kindly Look into the matter and oblige me.
