kargil gas agency — I had delivered mgs, but not getting cylinder

I booked my gas through mobile, I had delivered mgs (dear Elumalai, ref booking[protected], LPG cylinder was delivered on 15/06/2015) and I had subsidy amount of rs 224.18 (cash memo 42339 of 15/06/2015) But really I not getting LPG cylinder nowadays and not entry my gas book. So I will try take this problem going to consumer cort in thiruvannamalai district And I will ask Rs. 1500000 penalty. I wait only your answer.
