Dear Sir,
I have submitted my plot document to change khatha name to Gurupur gram panchyat on second week of January 2017. But till the date my documents are not ready. When I questioned about with gram panchyat secretary she was very rude on me and claiming that nobody has informed her neither we not remainded her..please suggest me ...

I have submitted my all necessary document to gurpura gram panchyat mangalore dist. To change my khatha on second week of january 2017, but till date 20/05/2017 my documents are not ready. When i question about this their staff is very rude on me and claiming that it is not their problem because we have not remainded then. Please suggest me

Updated by ronslobo Even after getting approval from Zilla panchayat (in the month of March 2017).
Gram panchyat is not in a mood to issue my documents, every time I get different kind of excuses from them, even after meeting PDO things are remain same. We know that they are doing this for bribe, but openly they can't demand it so they are harresing us in this way to get the bribe. Please suggest me how to solve this issue

Mr murthy in betahalsur gram panjayath is asked me 5k for our new purchased site to change katha and and he said that he will give us 2.5k receipt .and also he said the remaining amount should given as bribe to higher department
