Karnataka State Open University — complaint about my b. tech degree not received

To whom so ever it may concern i completed my b. Tech from ksou in aug 2015 my reg. No. 121041lbtet0060
Since then i have been waiting for my degree i approached my study centre several time but every time they same ksou is not giving the degree and its been almost three years now. So its my humble request to please me with it. As i need my degree urgently.
