Karnataka State Open University — not received the final year marksheet

I had enrolled in ksou distance mba in the year july 2013. And appeared for final test in july 2015. I have still not received final year marksheets. None of the phone numbers available on the website is working. Nobody from the university is giving apt response. Please do the needful as i have paid the fees in full as well as appeared for all the tests Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Sir my registration no of KSOU is 16108BSC08387. So please check this number and inform me as soon as possible that this number is valid or not.
And how I find my Enrollment no from registration no for downloading my marksheet and certificate.
