Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — bus driver and conductor moved the bus before checking the passengers

We have booked the bus from kalasa to bangalore at 9.15pm depature from kalasa on 16 sep 18, booked person name sampriya, in hassan bus driver stooped the bus for tc entry and toilet who ever wants to go but when we went to toilet bus driver and conductor moved the bus before checking the passengers in the bus.

Bus details is mentioned below pls take the serious action against the conductor and he is bit rash with passengers.
