Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Conductor misbehave with passenger and Using mobile phone in the travelling bus

Dera concerned,

Your conductor is using mobile phone and abusing the passenger in the bus. Disturbing the driver.We were just missed from an accident because of lack of driver focus on driving due to conductor disturbance with him .
Please take nessessary action on this useless conductor and revert me as soon as possible
