Respected sir/madam I am complaining about KA 42 F-354 bus which plies between kankpura and kalisipalya. The bus conductor didn't pick up me at Kr market bus stop at 7:09 am even though I was holding the door handle for about 10 seconds. Please take serious action against the corresponding conductor of the bus and make sure that it doesn't happen for other passengers.
