Hi Sir, Application No[protected] FILL APPLICATION DETAILS DL - completed on 1st march 2021 PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )-completed on 19th march 2021 DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE- still pending even helpline number for Rto Bangalore (south), Jayanagar branch is not reachable during office hours. after office hours helpline number is reachable. is it mandatory to visit the RTO Office? should They send DL by courier?
