Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — i have booked ticket and amount is deducted but the status of ticket if fail, no refund received

I have booked my bangalore to tirupathi ticket and amount got deducted from citibank but the ticket status is fail and i have not recieved my refund.

My amount is deducted but my status is failure but no amount is refunded, this is really pathethic, please find a way to get me my amount
