Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — ksrtc bus layout is showing different in online booking

I booked ticket from davangere to bangalore on 22 april 2018.

Below are the details:
Name : radha
Seat no: 40
Bus timing: 11.43

It's showing in layout 47 seats. But conductor told it's 43 seats bus. For me 40 was showing as last 2nd row but actually in bus it was last seat. Please investigate it so that in future no one should face this type of problem.
