I tried to book e-ticket online from ksrtc.in 2 times. Both the times amount got deducted from my account but did not get the ticket. Following are the details. 1st attempt: date of ticket book attempt:[protected] ob number: ob30747706 amount got deducted: 709.00 rupees seat no: 29 bengaluru to chennai - onward journey date 20/04/2018 2nd time: date of ticket book attempt:[protected] ob number:ob30747829 amount got deducted: 709.00 rupees seat no: 31 chennai to bengaluru - onward journey date 22/04/2018 please refund the amount asap. Hi I am travelling from Banashankari to Richmond Circle on a daily basis. But I see lot of people suffer to travel in this particular route. Please do some survey and increase bus no 13 in high number of frequency to decrease travel burden.
