Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — ksrtc ticket booking transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card please refund

Dear sir,

I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.2096/-. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB32097689, OB32098030, OB32098287, OB32098404, OB32098583, OB32098814, OB32098949, OB32099823, OB32103364, OB32103754, Date of booking is 06/07/2018. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. My ksrtc login id is jsiddappa. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.
