Worst experience ever i had in my life!!

Am a frequent traveler to and fro to the above mentioned location via private buses and occasionally travel via ksrtc. It was tuesday night 11 pm at hubli old bus stand i showed my govt id and was let into bus. Once i got in bus i see a male passenger sitting on seat beside mine which was female seat and when asked him he said he could book seat as male passenger and booked it. Then i went to conductor explaining the situation, he made me stand in bus for some 10-15 min waiting for him so that he can make some adjustment. A alone girl in the night around 11 pm i was okay with this, though there was system mistake which shouldn't have allowed a male to book a seat beside female. I was waiting for conductor to make that adjustment, and bus started moving while i was standing. He started making adjustment with people in front and he couldn’t make it. Finally he asked me to sit beside a male passenger and travel overnight even though my booking was female seat booking and i had no mistake from my side. The bus started moving and conductor was forcing me to sit beside male and travel and i continuously denied. Finally he asked whether you will travel or no i said not like this travel sitting beside male. He asked me to get out of bus, kind of insulted in front of many people in bus and he got down of bus and went and cancelled my ticket. I had no option left to get down, a alone girl in bus stand at 11:15- 20 p. M. I lost my money i missed my meeting the next day and it was all a messed up situation.

Whosoever this is let me know how will you fix this? I don't want any girl to face this anytime..

My voilet is missing this voilet for bus pass is required please I need bus pass duplicate
I have booked one ticket on 12/10/2019, Ticket got failed but my amount got deducted from my account I did not received amount till now kindly check the status let me know .OB39828609
