Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — not allowed to keep luggage in storage and rude behaviour of ksrtc conductor

We pre-booked a KSRTC non AC sleeper bus no: KA f-860 from Bangalore to Puttur bus. The conductor behaved rudely and did not allow us to keep our luggage in the luggage storage. We were asked to keep the luggage with us leading to no space for sleeping. Finally we had to keep it in the walkway where it was unsafe and anyone could have stolen it. Please take timely action to make sure this doesn't happen to other consumers.
