Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Rajahamsa-Money deducted but Ticket Booking Failed

Sir, Today I tried to book tickets form my Journey in Rajahamsa Bus but after payment... Amount of 1008 got deducted but 2 tickets didn't get booked... And later when i checked the status its showing FAILURE.

I want my money of Rs.1008 back soon. Please credit them to my same UPI account from which I made transaction.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible Sir 🙏🙏
