[Resolved]  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — refund issue almost 3 months over

I cancelled my booking on 12.12.2019 but amount not yet received so far. and merchant said refund amount already initiated and do contact your bank, please solve my issue asap.
