Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — refund not received for failed transaction | |
Hi, i have send an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' regarding my refund amount for failed transaction but no response. I called the account team but no one picking up the call. I called call center multiple times but couldn’t able to talk to any one as it always says all the customer care representatives are busy attending others. I have booked the ticket online as a guest user. Transaction got failed but amount got deducted from bank account. Here are the details. Online transaction reference no: ob33821351 Maild : [protected]@gmail.com Transaction date: 25 th october 2018 Even after 7 working days this amount is not refunded to my account.
