Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — seat change issue | |||||
I booked a seat in the Karnataka ksrtc bus from Kottayam to Bengaluru. When I booked the ticket, there were only 2 window seats. I booked seat no. 44 on the left which was just in front of the back row . When I boarded the bus I see that seat 44 is the seat in the back row next to window seat. The bus conductor has no information. What happened? Don't you think passengers should be kept informed about such changes? Was this information helpful? | |||||
