Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — ticket booking amount deducted but did not receive ticket details

I tried to book a e-ticket on[protected] from Kayamkulam to Bangalore through KSRTC's website using SBI Internet banking facility. The travelling date is[protected].

The amount Rs.1141.0 was deducted from the SBI account on[protected]. The transaction reference number generated is OB35324732.

I would like to get the ticket amount to be refunded and would like to know the status of the ticket - whether it is booked or not.
