Hi,

I was travelling from madikeri to banglore airport on 13th august 2018. By mistake i forgot to carry the hard copy of the ticket. But as a secondary evidence i had the photo copy of the ticket, ticket sms and the identity proof of mine.

But the conductor refused to accept any of these. And they made me to regenerate the ticket.

My question is
1) why they wanted the hard copy of the ticket

2) is the govt really going paper less

Updated by Bhaviraj2504 Adding to the above, I even spoke to Madikeri Ksrtc ticket counter ( where i recieved the ticket ) . But they refused to generate the duplicate copy .
