Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — ticket money deducted but ticket is cancelled

Hi,

I have booked the KSRTC Airavat bus on 8th March 2019 from Bangalore (Boarding point- Marathalli A2B ) to Chennai. The money was deducted from my bank account. But the ticket was not booked.

Kindly help me to get my money for the ticket as the seat was not booked on my name but the full money of Rs. 577 is deducted from my account.
