Despite calling to enquire about the arrival of bus, the crew member did not receive the call (bangalore-mysuru-mangalore ) airavat. this has not happened just once but repeatedly. the transport authority has shown irresponsible behavior by picking up the passenger 2 hours later than the decided departure time and has wasted the consumers valuable time. this behavior has upset the customer and would appreciate the immediate action or would chose not to travel by KSRTC at all.
