Hi, we booked flat in karram infrastruture ambernath project in the year 2013-14, possession was assured in 2016-17, however till date possession is not given nor refunded our money, the construction work is not completed and is stop completely, builder is not guaranting when work will be completed, he is saying to us to take shahapur flat, why should we go to shahapur, when we have booked the flat in ambernath, we request you please look into this matter and help us to recover our money.

Dear sir I have booked a flat in their kelve road project in March 2018 and had complained against them through your forum on 12th june2018, I have to still hear from them.its more than twenty days now my July emi date is fast approaching, shall I approach my bank with a stop payment notice kindly let me know.
