Kartbazar — lottery scam

This company cheated me in the name of some prize event. I have lost around Rs 53500..In the month of January i got a call from a number [protected]. They said they were going to start a new online shopping site and were selecting 10 contests from every state (based on those who were active in purchasing via online shopping). And told me i was selected. First of all i thought of ignoring the call, but they called again and said it was a big opportunity and not to miss. They told me that first of all for participating ihave to purchase any product from the site kartbazar.com in order to participate in the contest. I ordered an item. They then called me and said i was eligible for the order and will inform me few days later to inform whether i win any prize. Later they called and informed me that i had won the 1st prize and they also mailed me regarding the event. They said that in order to accept the prize and proceed further i have to join by paying 17500 rs. They somehow made me convince it was genuine stating that they have sent the email, it is a sign of surety etc. So i paid the money.
2 days later they said that congrats i have won the 1st prize of Maruti Suzuki Swift and said they will conduct the prize donation function within my district in March. But first i would have to pay the money for tax, papers etc. before i receive the money. They said it was worth 1 lakh 20 thousand, but the company would provide 85000 and i have to pay 35000. They said that i would get a confirmation call and at thet time i must say i had paid 1, 20, 000 and not 35, 000 or else i would have to pay the rest. I was totaly confused and didn't want to proceed further. But since i had already paid 17500 and they made me to believe i would surely get and never to worry etc. I somehow managed the money and paid them.
As said i got a confirmation call form another number (+[protected] and i said as they informed me, but they said in the records i paid only 35000 and not the total and that i mist pay remaining 85, 000. I tried to convince them many times but they didn't listen. They kept on calling and said that the prize would be cancelled if i didn't pay. But i didn't have any money and the prize was cancelled. I called them, the customer service was very bad. Finaly they said they cant refund the money but would return the money in the form of items or gold. I agreed and have been waiting since then. Till now i have been calling them every 2 week but they are saying i will get it. I haven't received anything till now.
And also they have my aadhar, passbook, licence photos, since they asked those at the time of payment of 35000 for tax and other documents of car.
