I had already sent a email to kvb about 590 charges to give me reply
Sir KVB SR MANAGER ( 1403 ) HARI SIR HAS GIVEN REPLY 590 CHARGES ARE AT SEPTEMBER MY EMI LOAN PAYMENT HAS BEEN REJECTED
SO CHARGES HAS APPLIED FROM CENTRAL KVB BANK
SIR AT SEPTEMBER EMI HAS REJECTED IS CORRECT
BUT AT THE SAME DAY MY OTHER TO EMI FOR BIRLA SAP HAS DEBITED AS MONTHLY EMI FROM MY ACCOUNT
AT THE SAME DAY I SENT A REQUEST EMAIL TO KVB AS PLEASE DON'T CHARGE ANY EXTRA CHARGES TO ME FOR LATE PAYMENT ON MY LOAN
AS NEXT I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LOCAL BRANCH & I GONE & ASKED FOR EMAILING TO KVB
WHAT IS THE COMPLAINT
For 1 day late payment there is no any other extra charges
THEY TOLD
Now ur kvb team is telling 590 charges are reject of my loan on September auto debit charges
Please check my last email & ask at kvb manager sir & staff about my request on September
I am a KVB CUSTOMER SINCE FROM 10 YEARS ABOVE
CHECK MY STATEMENT ALSO THERE IS NO ANY OTHER LATE PAYMENT'S ON MY LOAN
PLEASE CHECK AND DO NEED FULL TO ME ASAP
PLEASE TRY TO LEAVE EXTRA CHARGES
