[Resolved] Karur Vysya Bank — Refund Initiated from Amazon But still now not Received in Bank | |
Sir I ordered a Product in Amazon through my Google pay UPI ID which was Linked to my KVB Bank.For some Reasons I cancelled that Product.But Still now I didn't get my Refund Sir.Please help me! I already Contacted Amazon and Google Pay and they are saying that there is a Problem with the Bank Side. Amazon says that they have Processed the Refund and gave me the Refund Reference Number.But still I have not received in my KVB Bank Account. So I contacted KVB through Email before 7 Days.But still now there is no Response 😭😭. Please Help Me! Refund Reference Number:[protected] Transaction Amount:- 699 Rupees Transaction Date :- November 22 I have even Provided the Proof that Amazon customer support gave me the Refund Reference Number saying that Refund is Processed. I have deposited cash in kvb CDM...i have not counted my money...system shows that hardware error...I given complaint in my home branch..exact amount I don't know which I deposited...cash dispute transaction rejected...what I have to do???
