[Resolved]  Karvy — aadhaar rejected again and again due to transliteration error

My adhaar no[protected]. I have tried changing my address online multiple times by providing relevant details but each time it has been rejected due to "transliteration error in input fields". Please help me out with the same as i am in dire need for the address change.

This time i have provided my bank account statement as a address proof with urn - 0000/00524/24628. Please help me out with the address change. The address provided in the document is correct and the inputs made are too correct.
