[Resolved]  Karvy — aadhar address change rejected with transliteration error

Address:Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380015

I have made 3 request for change of address due to house shift to new address. I. E me, my wife and my son.

I got response for my update that it is got rejected due to "transliteration error in the request field".

Proof attached is on my name only and i have given electricity bill.

I have also mailed it to "kcpl. [protected]@karvy.com" on 14/12/2017 and also got initial response on 18/12/2017. After that no reply received from karvy support.

They have given numbers for customer care officer but that was not at all satisfactory.

As per email instruction I have called on given numbers and to my surprise they have traversed me from one extension to another for more than 7 minutes in 10 minutes call.

and after that as well, issue has been not resolved and they simply say "I need to again try to update online".

I have tried that as well and again have same error.

can i have a solution for this in digital world?

No progress on this issue till date... in this situation how India will accept digitization?
